With the knowledge that the gov’t has to PROVE you have a legal duty to file returns and/or to pay a “tax,” can you see value in being able to prove in advance that the gov’t cannot do this?

Tax evasion and failure to file are popular modes of attack (criminal charges) but cannot be substantiated due solely to the inability to prove that a legal duty exists. In fact, the gov’t doesn’t even have an interpretation of Tax Code § 83 which explains how to tax every penny of compensation for services paid in the entire country.

This is the advantage of having a record of inquiry or confrontation over relevant statutes proven time and time again to be laws the gov’t cannot deny actually provide protections. Prove now, not later, that the law does not provide whet the gov’t has to have to obtain a conviction.
