Going through the Reconstruction Act 1998, it continually reads "district court of the United States" which many us know that today's federal court house is "United State District Court".
Someone brought, in response of my previous email, my attention to Paul Andrew Mitchell's interview which I caught the part where Paul brings out that the Reconstruction Act 1998 is in the Statutes at Large, but not was not codified. Statutes at Large is LAW!
