Talkshoe with Dave Myrland / instrumentalities of the Federal government

Published: Sat, 09/19/15

Although the banks will not be the topic of today's discussion with Dave Myrland I thought it was important enough to add these court cases in the event you want to consider OneCoin as an alternative method to banking, more specifically banks of the United States.

"National banks are instrumentalities of the Federal government, created for a public purpose, and as such necessarily subject to the paramount authority of the United States." (Davis v. Elmira Savings Bank (1896) 161 U.S. 275, 283, 16 S.Ct. 502, 40 L.Ed. 700; accord, Farmers', etc. Nat. Bank v. Dearing (1875) 91 U.S. (1 Otto) 29, 33-34, 23 L.Ed. 196; Smiley v. Citibank, supra, 11 Cal.4th at p. 150, 44 Cal.Rptr.2d 441, 900 P.2d 690.)

DISCUSSION
You may not want to take advantage of an alternative banking system you still have the other two arguments to base your good faith belief that the statutes found in Title 26 gives you a remedy.
