Many innocent defendants plead guilty for the reason of having ineffective counsel, in fact 90 to 95% end in guilty pleas.

Imagine if you can afford an attorney that you feel comfortable with; not that I'm suggesting there is an attorney that is worth hiring. Unfortunately, you feel somewhat comfortable with an attorney in contrast to representing yourself.
