Today I became aware of the UCC office in DC website statement:
NOTICE - This website will no longer be accessible effective July 13, 2015. The public may submit UCC documents for recording with the DC Recorder of Deeds Office in person or via mail. For more information please visit DC ROD’s website at http://otr.cfo.dc.gov/service/otr-recorder-deeds

It has been real convenient it was quick and easy to fill out online, which will no longer be the case.
