Under our system of government, we are meant to be self-govern. We are sovereigns without subjects. Under this experiment, which is not going to well, we were meant to do what ever we want to do, as long as we did not interfere with other’s life, liberty and
property. How did we go so wrong?
Hell broke lose with taxation without representation and the colonies won their independence.
Today we have MISREPRESENTATION OF TAXATION, and in contrast to the times of revolution, we are all asleep just complaining about it.
If we are to have a representative government, then we need to find out who is our representatives and by whose pleasure to whom they serve.
In our country, the power is derived from the People, whose power is derived from our Creator, He gave us all rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness (property), and for us to tell & share His love with the world .
We now have people exercising powers that I do not recognize. I must do my due diligence to find out where their powers derive from.
The derivative power cannot be greater than the original from which it is derived.
Nothing is so becoming to authority as to live in accordance with the laws.
An agent does not exist until the Supreme power delegates one.
To be an agent there must be a Principal.
A principal also has delegation of authority that comes from the elected that comes from the electors, i.e., People elect representatives to carry on the will of the people of nations (the several states).
We the People elect a President and the President picks a person to be the Secretary of the Treasure, approved be the senate (who are elected by the People), and the Secretary is delegated by Congress with certain delegated executive powers like collecting taxes.
Sorry I was getting carried away here.
What I need to find out is “by whose authority you come to me with?” I don’t recognize you.
Then I want to find out the following:
- The agent’s delegation of authority.
- Who is the agent’s Principal?
- Is it not true that an agent is a person authorized by another to act on his account and under his control?
- The 16th amendment authorized Congress to lay and collect income tax, right?
- Therefore, where is the law from which Congress extended the authority of the Secretary to these united States?
- Without the Congress authorization can the President, chief executive officer, by executive order lay and collect income taxes on anybody he wishes?
