CRIMINAL COMPLAINTS - On the 7th Circuit a man wiped the floor with the IRS in a tax case. Without mention of controlling provisions from the IRS and the court, the 7th Circuit threatened $4k in sanctions through the mail: that’s mail fraud!
THE LITIGANT - The victim of this threat filed a criminal complaint with the FBI accusing three 7th Circuit judges with 18
USC § 241 Conspiracy against rights (to property) and 18 USC § 1341 Frauds and swindles (mail fraud).
OUTLANDISH THEORIES - That’s what the 7th Circuit called the provisions relied upon, but it wouldn’t go near the provisions the gov’t attorney wouldn’t even bother to refute or reinterpret.
READ THE BRIEFS - At WEvGOV.com/Orth - the Code Breaker analysis from David R. Myrland (circa 1994) proves again that the Tax Code should operate in ways profoundly in conflict
with the IRS’ standard operating procedures.
