This perhaps may be a clearer for some to grasp |
Remember the phrase “how many ways do I love thee?” Let me
count the ways? Today it’s “how many ways that I am not liable to the IRS? Let me count the ways! |
At this moment, as simple as it is to know that I am not subject or liable to any income tax, although to show it can be difficult but here is a quick overview. - One of the first statutes, now 4 USC §72, Congress never extended the authority of the Secretary to the 50 States!
- If I am who they say I am,
citizen of the United States, then I am only named in the regulation and not by statute!
- The United States is the District of Columbia and no
other!
- Even if I was a tax paying ticket paying individual, they cannot explain how §83(a) operates to prove my paycheck is NOT gross
income!
- In regards to Assessment, they can only assessment “all taxes … which have not been duly paid by
stamp!
I can go on however, the above are my favorites thus far with the following closing catching up. We come into this world with certain unalienable Rights, however, because of the deplorable conditions that many of our churches and schools are in, which has been orchestrated by our government. The corruption abounds! The question came in “what does David Myrland say about this?” I don’t bother David with this because it goes back to whatever they claim how did §83 operate in your conclusion my pay check was gross income? If, in connection with the performance of services, property is transferred to any person other than the
person for whom such services are performed, the excess of … the fair market value of such property … over … the amount (if any) paid for such property, shall be included in the gross income of the person who performed such services…,
Which in my opinion he is absolutely right.
As you can see below, all the codes identifying the Class/Type of tax, i.e. #2, which is for the
1040 is for specifically what it says it’s for and NO OTHER! |

26 U.S. Code § 3402 - Income tax collected at source (n) Employees incurring no income tax liability
Notwithstanding any other provision of this section, an employer shall not be required to deduct and withhold any tax under this chapter upon a payment of wages to an employee if there is in effect with respect to such payment a withholding allowance certificate (in such form and containing such other information as the Secretary may prescribe) furnished to the employer by the employee certifying that the employee— (1) incurred no liability for income tax imposed under subtitle A for his preceding taxable year, and (2) anticipates that he will incur no liability for income tax imposed under subtitle A for his current taxable year. The Secretary shall by regulations provide for the coordination of the provisions of this subsection with the provisions of subsection (f). |
YOU CAN OBTAIN THESE DOCUMENTS (CLICK HERE) AND PRINT THEM OUT TO ASK YOUR EMPLOYER OR WHOEVER YOU WORK
FOR IS IT MANDATORY THAT I SIGN THESE DOCUMENTS AND IF SO, WHO DIED? WHO POINTED ME AS EXECUTOR?
WHERE DID THE AUTHORITY DERIVE FROM FOR SUCH APPOINTMENT?
This is going to be quite interesting where it leads.
But again, you have to work and make money and I believe that we are on edge of bringing this house of cards down.
