CLAUSE 1 of the Constitution of the United States." for its authority. To wit:
The Congress shall have Power To lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises, to pay the Debts and provide for the common Defence and general Welfare of the United States; but all Duties, Imposts and Excises shall be uniform throughout the United States;
And pursuant to Title 15 USC §
17, to wit:
The labor of a human being is not a commodity or article of commerce.
Being that I and/or any of my property have no nexus with the IRS and you have no legal foundational basis to withhold or report any of my earnings, It is my request that you immediately start paying me for my service in
full.
