Yesterday I
was pet sitting for the lovely older gentleman I told you about some weeks ago. I took a phone call at his home that has distributed me all evening. An older man was on the line asking for help to pay his power bill. He was a very humble man and I could feel the hurt in his voice. As he spoke my heart broke. He was 81 years old and had worked hard all of his life. Our government has seen fit to cut his social security down to $400 a month, citing an increase in Medicare costs. Which we all know
is a direct result of Obamacare! This poor man who served our country and paid his own way in this world had .62 to his name. What in the name of all that is holy are we doing to our elderly population. It is both disturbing and disgusting. Thank you for listening!
