This all about the Committee on Uniform Security Identification Procedures, better known as the “CUSIP” number
We (my
wife and I) have filed the Tax Court judge’s decision into the Eleven Circuit Appeals Court.
One of the first requirements is to fill out Certificate of Interested Persons and Corporate Disclosure Statement, and it has to be done within 14 days.
I came across someone who can research the Tax Court case number
that will show that case number has been securitize.
I am not going to get this done in time however, since the CUSIP is a license plate for securities, so that all traders, brokers, banks, and anyone acting and commerce can essentially track the security wherever it may be. ALL securities within the United States has a CUSIP number, it’s the law.
Being that I was not made aware of this and yet the government knows about this but did not disclose this information, could be or should be a problem for them.
I will notice the court that this information came to me and I would like to have the appeals court aware with a few questions such as, but not limited to:
By what authority was this commercial procedure accomplished?
Who benefits from the commercialization of my case?
How does the commercialization of fact the outcome and decisions from
this appeals court?
