Tax Court decision came in for a summary judgment in favor of the respondent (IRS).
The judge abused his discretion because the rule of evidence as well as Supreme Court decisions supported (in my opinion) our arguments. In fact, everything was based on the rule of evidence as well as Tax Court and Supreme Court decisions, so on to appeal court we go.
This is where I need help, the filing fee is $505 x 2= $1,110.00, my wife and I.
I don’t want to file forma pauperis it’s worse than going to a proctologist!
Is not only that I need money for the filing fees, but I will need funds for other cost as well.
If I can raise the support, I’m going to be filing criminal complaints in a court of record against named individuals at the same time the appeal is going.
This could get costly for me, but I want
everybody to benefit!
What I would like you to do, or at least think about it, is make a list of like-minded people that would love to see the IRS lose by supporting me who is willing to sacrifice everything he has to beat the IRS.
