Here is a very interesting term “Vicarious Liability”
Vicarious Liability.  Liability that a supervisory party (such as an employer) bears for the actionable conduct of a subordinate or associate (such as an employee) because of the relationship between the two parties.
See RESPONDEAT SUPERIOR  Black’s Law Dictionary 7th Ed.

In my opinion term when I file suit against attorneys and collectors. This term applies to IRS agent, cops or any other person who is in possession of delegated powers; and ALL men are in possession of delegated powers! See Declaration of Independence
VICARIOUS NON HABET VICARIUM.  A deputy has not [cannot have] a deputy.  A delegated power cannot be again delegated.  Broom, Max.  839.

IF YOU HELP ENOUGH PEOPLE GET WANT THEY WANT OUT OF LIFE, YOU WILL GET EVERY THING YOU WANT OUT OF LIFE

If people took the Jurisdictionary course there would be more wins in court!

And if having learned the Jurisdictionary course and studied Dave Myrland’s flash drive people would become a force that the government agents would do anything to avoid.

Here is the common problem that I hear most every day:
I can‘t afford it
The IRS is taken all my money
My SS in being levied
I don’t have time
What’s the use I have no hope
It is too difficult for me to learn all that stuff!

What I find most interesting is the people are so focused on their problems, they do not see the solution that is being offered.
When you start helping others, automatically your problems are being reduced. See and click here for the Solution
