passing on this email that I received From Bob Hurt. After reading his email how he feels about Winston Shrout, and mentions Pete Hendrickson even though he does not fully embrace Pete’s method. I would like everybody to email Bob and ask him what does he think of Dave Myrland’s interpretation of the tax code...
Whenever I have talked to Bob about this he will tell me that he just haven’t had time to really go into it. So I provided him with all the material to review at his pleasure. It’s been more than a year now and, since then, a recorded conversations with Larry Becraft, [ click here ] that Bob is well aware of, so the question begs: Bob, what do you think about Dave Myrland’s interpretation of the code, §83? Winston Shrout's Solutions in Commerce scams captivated the attention and hearts of Americans who sought a cure for the nation's worst sickness: the Communist-inspired income tax system. Governments have twice indicted
him in the past 6 months, for failing to pay income tax, and for passing false financial instruments.

I feel flabbergasted to think of the droves of tax escapers who flocked to his seminars to learn his absurd "solutions in commerce" theories like the infamous misused 1099OID tax return that has sent so many of his acolytes to prison.
Winston will go to
prison as have other delusional scammers like him: Glen Unger (Sam Kennedy), Tim Turner, Roger Elvick, etc.
I personally believe the
present implementation of income taxation and enforcement is even more corrupt than Winston's solutions. I believe a proper study of the tax code will reveal a system that imposes income taxes only on foreign corporations and non-resident aliens. Good luck getting any IRS agent, US Attorney, or federal judge to agree.
But you have to decide whether you want to spend your remaining days lumbering around with a "hunted" look. I have recommended for years that most people would fare
better by filing and paying the least they can within the scope of IRS interpretation of the law, and then spend the time that they would have squandered in tax evasion efforts making more money. We do, after all, live in the land of opportunity where only the lazy or stupid cannot earn a great living (and even the stupid get by fine on welfare).
Even though I don't fully embrace Pete Hendrickson's preferred method of "cracking the code," many who use it get tax returns, though some
get $5000 penalties. For those misfortunate enough to come under IRS severe scrutiny, those who file normal tax returns can always complain officially to TIGTA and agency moguls about IRS abuses, seeking to get rogue agents fired, ask forgiveness of penalties with the taxpayer advocates, initiate an offer in compromise, and in really tough situations, discharge the tax debt in bankruptcy.
And all patriots should know to keep their assets into double blind trusts early in their
commercial lives, so as to make themselves judgment proof. The tax thieves are not the only ones who want those assets and will find some way to snatch them if they can. It seems forever true that "A fool and his money are soon parted." Amassing wealth makes little sense without the preparation and diligence necessary for keeping it.
A middle ground does exist between dangerous and convoluted paperwork acrobatics like Winston Shrout's and plodding tax slavery.
Every American has the duty to himself and his family to find and stay in that middle ground while amassing and protecting wealth.
But of course that does not constitute the idealist's answer to the question of why people would become so desperate and loony as to embrace Winston Shrout's methods. The people become that way because they know we have a crooked and abusive tax system and they have no power to fix it. The votes of RESPONSIBLE and INTELLIGENT American men become
diluted by those of a vast array of irresponsibles including, generally, women (half the population) the stupid (25% of the population), the descendents of Negro slaves (13% of the population), children 18 to 21 inclusive (I don't know the percentage), and a bunch of non-white West Indies islanders and Hispanics from Mexico and points south. I refer to these groups as LARGELY irresponsible because of low intelligence, inadequate or improper parenting, lack of acquisition and maintenance of
real and personal wealth, immaturity, or a role that denies them a nexus to government or contention in finance or business, like being a housewife.
Yes, my comments will raise the hackles of readers who don't consider me politically correct and who feel insulted by the implication that they should not have voting rights. But I present as proof the Obama and Clinton administrations which never would have enjoyed the remotest chance of coming into existence but for the fact that all
those people in the above class had voting rights. And the reader should take note that when the American colonies became states of the Union, ONLY free, white, propertied MEN could vote. That restriction constituted a RESPONSIBILITY and LOYALTY TEST, imperfect perhaps, but functional. Such people created the organic laws and implemented them in the founding of a nation and of state governments. But the 13th, 15th, 17th, 19th, and 26th Amendments destroyed the very
rules that allowed America to become great by ensuring that only responsible people could vote.
Winston Shrout had his solution, and it does not work. I have mine, and it does work because it worked in the past. I propose that activists push for constitutional amendments that do this:
1. outlaw procreation and immigration of stupid people (you must be stupid or irresponsible if you cannot graduate from a non-dumbed-down high school) because making someone stupid
for life is a heinous crime against that person and against society, and
2. mandate that all who would swear an oath to support the constitution must first correctly answer 80 questions on a 100 question constitution competency test.
3. mandate that people receiving special public assistance (housing, food stamps, food, money, grants of any kind) shall not vote.
4. mandate that betrayal of the public trust (violation of the loyalty oath) warrants public
execution
5. mandate lottery selected, voter populated federal and state grand juries to investigate all felonies and to which all citizens may bring their unresolved complaints against government employees for betrayal of the public trust, along with the power to appoint special prosecutors and special judges over public trust cases.
These race/gender/creed-neutral rules will eventually eliminate most of the stupid from the gene pool and therefore from the population,
guarantee that the irresponsible will not take government employment or vote because one must swear an oath to support the constitution in order to do either, and better guarantee the elimination of crooks from government.
In due course, the improved voter base and government will eliminate corrupt and abusive taxation system, along with deficit spending and no-win wars that waste lives and public resources. And the populace won't crave solutions from delusionaries like
Winston Shrout.
