U.S. Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia
Justice Scalia says, he is appalled how the students get out of school, colleges and law school without ever reading the Federalist Papers. In fact students should not get out of high school without knowing what the founding fathers intent was. Justice Scalia also
commented that the letter of the law is the letter law and the statutes ought to be applied as written.
Also, Justice Scalia said, if I ever had to pick a judge to replace him he would pick Judge Frank H. Easterbrook.
There is a part about 28 minutes of the 1 hour interview where he covers how the statutes should be reasonably interpreted vs. strict construction.
