For about a year now, we’ve been talking about a civil lawsuit that was filed in South Dakota, and now were talking about filing another civil lawsuit in South Carolina. Several people have expressed an interest in becoming a plaintiff (co-plaintiff), and with all the
phone calls and emails that I receive I wanted to be certain that I did not forget anybody.
The main qualification to become a plaintiff you first must have joined, as a co-complainant to the complaint filed to Congress in 2006. More importantly you must be able to produce a copy of your joinder and email it to me.
