This Saturday I'm having an open call for members as well as nonmembers please join me to see how you can break a false presumption.
Therefore, one has to ask themselves how does the IRS, FDA, DOJ and the ATF have the ability to control our lives? The answer is IGNORANCE!
Upon establishment of the District of territory comprising the seat of Government of the United States, later known as the District of Columbia, as provided in article 1 §8 (17) of the Constitution, the Trust acquires, for the 1st time in history:
Defined territory (geographical property of the name of the District of Columbia) over which Congress exercise absolute executive legislative power (rule); and
Residents (denizens of District of Columbia) over whom Congress exercise absolute executive personal legislative power (governed) the the consent of said residents.
I was unfamiliar with the term denizen, in looking at up I find denizen: an inhabitant; occupant; resident. An individual permanently resident in a foreign country where he or she enjoys certain rights of citizenship. An alien amended to residents and to certain rights of citizenship.
Therefore let me start off with this question, what is a citizen of the United States? The answer lies in the modern statutory meeting of "United States"
Most Americans believe they live in the United States. Not according to IRC: when used in a geographical sense the term "United States" means the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, the Commonwealth of Northern Mariana islands, and the District of Columbia and no other thing. All statutes, legislation, code, and regulations (including those of each of the so-called 50 states) define "United States" to
mean either the foregoing or, in certain segments of thereof, simply the District of Columbia. The missing link is standard application of the principal rules of statutory interpretation.
Whereas, Congress defined those insular US possessions with their own government and tax system to be States in IRC, the Secretary of the Treasury not only fails to identify the same as States in IRS.gov, but rather propounds that they are not States. One or the other, either IRC, which is legislation enacted by Congress in official capacity, or IRS.gov, which is commentary posted by the Secretary of the Treasury in
personal capacity as one who does not work for the United States government is false; to wit, respectively and in pertinent part:
The Term "State" includes the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, Guam, and American Samoa. IRC §3121 (a) (1).
US territories are islands under the jurisdiction of the United States which are not States of the United States. US possessions can be divided into 2 groups:
1. Those that have their own government and … tax systems (Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, and that Ten Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana islands), and
2. Those that do not have their own governments and their own tax systems …
The governments of the 1st group of territories impose their own income taxes and withholding taxes on their own residents … (Cite omitted)
