Important notice and clearance sale

Due to the current economic events, as well as my health, I have decided that I'm going to be retiring from what I've been doing for the last 20+ years.
I was recently notified that the owner of the house that I am renting from wants to sell the house. The next day they put up a for sale sign out front.
You heard the expression, in extraordinary times extraordinary measures must be taken.
I will be continuing offering information but it will be more focused mainly on IRS issues. But it will be only available to the members through the FUNDSZ crowdfunding platform.
This way we can all benefit from the information as well as creating an economic residual income for all of us.

I will be making a new list out not earlier than September 1 but I don't expect it to be any later than September 15.
