Below is a court case that people are passing around. In the attachment is the copy of the court case, which I can not find the quote stated below. I myself have been guilty and passed on information without confirming, however, if you ever plan to use any argument supported with a quote from a court case, always confirm,
"All codes, rules and regulations are applicable to the government authorities only, not human/Creators in accordance with God's laws?” Rodriques v Ray Donavan [U.S. Department of Labor,] 769 F. 2d 1344, 1348 [1985]
This court said in Footnote 5:
[5] Plaintiff falsely states: "The Supreme Court has determined: All codes, rules and regulations are for government authorities only, not humans in accordance with God" laws. All codes, rules and regulations are unconstitutional and lacking due process. Rodrigues v. Ray Donavan 769 R 2d 1344, 1348 (1985)." This supposed Supreme Court pronouncement, which circulates regularly among tax
protestors and other "sovereign citizens," is a complete fabrication. Rodrigues (correct citation, 769 F.2d 1344 (9th Cir. 1985)) is actually a Ninth Circuit decision which simply held that the Federal Employees Compensation Act does not require exhaustion of administrative remedies as a prerequisite to a district court's jurisdiction. The Court of Appeals' opinion contains no language which even approximates what Plaintiff has quoted, and the Supreme Court has never made such a statement,
either.
