Giving thought to this over the weekend I was thinking “Deposited
pursuant to USC 12 §411 & USC §83 Et all”
Does anyone wish to share how they would word it.
I did get a good response from someone that thought that using the word evidence, in lieu of proof, think that when a thing is proved only until someone brings a better argument or evidence to the table.
Using statutes, attach to the evidence can only prove that may intention were good.
