Hi Chris: I use "redeemed in lawful money per 12 USC, sec 411" I regard it as a notice informing that I'm discounting the stated value in FRN's to what would be the actual value in dollars of money (the actual coin) as opposed to dollars in promises to
pay FRN's which are clearly not equivalent.
“Et al” is the correct Latin, since it’s an abbreviation of “et alia.”
I endorse all checks received with my name on it as follows:
Redeemed in lawful money per 12 USC 411.
Short, sweet and to the point. Remember, they do not provide enough space for other lengthy verbiage. Most of the time I simply write on the back of the checks myself before depositing or enchasing the checks received.
"ALL RIGHTS EXPLICITLY RESERVED AND WAIVER OF NONE - This check is proof of a violation of 26 U.S.C. § 83(a)." and therefore is "Deposited for credit on account or exchanged for non-redeemable Federal Reserve notes Pursuant to 12 U.S.C. § 411"
