How would you answer this question?
The United States State Department says that I am a U. S. citizen and the Public Defender said that I am a U.S. citizen.
I do not understand how a U.S. citizen, which the law as written, does not state a U.S. citizen is liable for Subtitle A Income tax, can be convicted for a crime that a U.S. citizen is not liable for?
