SEDM.org, aka The Family Guardian, says, “By far the most prolific source of research on this topic (the Tax Code) is David Myrland.”
EVERY TAX CONVICTION IS CONSTITUTIONALLY VOID and David R. Myrland can prove it.

There can be many ways in which a criminal defendant can prove innocence. Are the charges or the conviction unconstitutional for some reason? What reasons are there? The more decisions that I read where the IRS or DOJ lost in tax cases, and decisions about many other
areas of law where the gov’t lost, the more confidence I acquired about just what the gov’t is doing that is contrary to Tax Code statutes and regulations.
Certain thresholds must be met regarding clarity of applicable law and whether an average individual could understand the requirements thereunder. When the courts keep relevant law entirely closed for discussion, has this threshold been
met? This is a 5th Amdt. violation shared by each and all employee or self employed individuals who’ve been indicted / convicted. When even the US President can’t even find the IRS’s interpretation of the paragraph of law that explains how to tax the entire workforce, isn’t it time to pardon the victims of oppression? Every contact from the IRS or DOJ over tax matters violates the Constitution in this way.
I’m not dreaming of causing the Fed to halt taking a slice of all compensation for services, but it’s decades overdue that the IRS was taken out of the daily life of people who work for a living. Clemency extended in criminal tax cases would go
a long way to downsize the IRS and the DOJ; it’s a good thing.
