Myrland (DM) threw in the towel because he did not know what else to do in helping Boggs, DM recommended to Boggs that he contact Royal for assistance. Royal agreed to get involved and DM stayed on because of his undeniable writing skills that he was getting paid for.
We started having conference calls discussing ideas and strategies and things started changing, you could feel the positive climate change happening. DM, wanted to keep the subject matter on §83(a) which the court already had been repeatedly rejected. The way things were going that we were only to
argue section 83, good faith belief, and ineffective counsel.
Note: now we have added to the above no evidence on the record of territorial jurisdiction, or any other jurisdiction, abuse of discretion, and a couple of others.
Then, out of nowhere, DM unleased a tremendous amount of hostility and aggression against Royal and made it quite clear he did not want anything to do with Royal; I guess because climate change was happening, and DM felt challenged… whatever.
Why am I telling you all this, you may ask. Royal was surprised as much as all of us of the childish behavior .
DM is the one that suggested and highly recommended Royal to come on board for the following reasons,
