working on the appeal to the circuit court and preparing to the Supreme Court, if needed.
Richard did so well at the hearing, making his case not only section 83, but territorial jurisdiction.
The judge
wouldn’t have any of it. She sat there calmly and listened, but not persuaded enough to overturn her own criminal activity.
Soon I will be having a call going over the details and showing documents of what is taking place; to me this is a gigantic learning curve of what everybody needs to know!
