What happened to Richard Boggs should never happen in a free society. This article is gonna point out good information, to which I'm going
to be reading over and over and while doing so, I will working on some content that is gonna help prevent something like this ever happening again... hopefully.
It is clear, crystal-clear, that what happened to Richard Boggs in his criminal trial was nothing but, "Criminals masquerading as government agents."
Richard read the statutes. Richard read the court cases. Richard read what the Commissioner of the internal revenue published about §83 and relied on what Congress had legislative intended how that statute shall operate.
On the other hand, the agent openly admits in court that he never
read that statute in addition to that Richard's endeavor to conditionally accept to pay all taxes penalties and interest if this agent would only explain how § 83 operates. And in court the agent said Richard's letters were gibberish.
The Judge will be held accountable because she absolutely knows that Richard has sued to get the answers...
It is one thing to be ignorant or mistaken that can always be corrected. But we have to learn how to make a claimant take responsibility when he chooses to be willfully ignorant or willfully mistaken that is a crime of omission… Plain and simple!
