There is no question that taxes is related to COMMERCE.

Legal Definition of commerce

1 : the exchange or buying and selling of goods, commodities*, property, or services especially on a large scale and involving transportation from place to place : trade sense 2 — see also commerce clause, Fair Labor Standards Act.

*§ 17. Antitrust laws not applicable to labor organizations
The labor of a human being is not a commodity or article of commerce.  EXEMPT #1

  IF THE UNIFORM COMMERCIAL CODE IS INVOLVED, which no doubt it is

Uniform Commercial Code as §1-201(24);
(24) ""money" means a medium of exchange authorized or adopted by a domestic or foreign government and includes a monetary unit of account established by an intergovernmental organization or by agreement between two or more nations."

(25) "Organization" means a person other than an individual.;
(27) "Person" means an individual, corporation, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, limited liability company, association, joint venture, government, governmental subdivision, agency, or instrumentality, public corporation, or any other legal or commercial entity.

Above (25) (27) has me questioning, if an ORGANIZATION means a person other than an individual, but a PERSON means individual, and all the entities listed in the definitions are organized bodies, then how does an ORGANIZATION DOES NOT MEAN PERSON?

Now with all of that confusion, "how does §83 operate in all of my confusion that my compensation is gross income?"  EXEMPT #2

12 U.S. Code § 411 - Issuance to reserve banks; nature of obligation; redemption.
Federal reserve notes, to be issued at the discretion of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System for the purpose of making advances to Federal reserve banks through the Federal reserve agents as hereinafter set forth and for no other purpose, are authorized. The said notes shall be obligations of the United States and shall be receivable by all national and member banks and Federal reserve banks and for all taxes, customs, and other public dues. They shall be redeemed in lawful money on demand at the Treasury Department of the United States, in the city of Washington, District of Columbia, or at any Federal Reserve bank.
