Through the cooperation of intellectual educators, we have subjected ourselves to accept destructive use and meaning of words and phrases. We blindly accept new meanings and changed values to alter our traditional thoughts.  We have tolerantly permitted the habitual misuse of words to serve as a vehicle to abandon our foundations and goals.

In present times the legislatures through statutes may alter the traditional meaning of the words and phrases to furtherance their agenda, we the people must stay mindful and guard the framers intention of the Constitution, the words used had their meanings at that time and those meaning shall never be altered to operate against the people to whom the instrument was created to protect.
