This is sort of a challenge to me about me not being a U.S. citizen. As you can see by the questions and comments it comes from either ignorance or someone has
plenty of time on their hands that would rather give me negative reposes of opinions, in lieu of, doing their own due diligence and confirm with facts.
I want to make my position clear, everything I send to anyone is usually sent with the source from where it derived from. That makes it some much easier for you. I been to hell and back and spent thousands of dollars and my
soul intentions is only to try to inform that American People. Also, you seeing some of this stuff over and over keeps it in your memory better and help you to understand better as well.
If anyone wants to maintain that they are a U.S. citizen, then a U.S. citizen you are. I personally do not have a problem with that.
If you see that I am in error and anyone can back it up with supportive documentation, please bring it on!!!

Well, I have heard chatter about this "distinction" before but I don't see the phrase " U.S. citizen"(he is right) in Constitution, and why would a "federal citizen" necessarily be "domiciled in a territory." (Having a SS# domiciles you in federal territory) It seems from what I read (emails forwarded) that a US/Federal Citizen becomes a state-citizen of any state in which he choses to reside (domicile),(resident & domicile does not have the same meaning) and there are few "territories" left (since former Western Territories became states). Why would you say a "federal citizen" be "domiciled in a territory"?(SS#)
Question to me: Why do you not want to be a "U.S. Citizen". Or, are you just saying that you are not one?
Answer: That depends when the question itself provides the clear definition of the U.S. citizen!:

The context in which usually used in the above is International Law; "These united States" when travelling abroad, you come under the jurisdiction of the President through his agents in the U.S. State Department, where U.S. refers to the sovereign society. You

The context in which usually used in the above is Federal Law and Federal Forms; "The United States ( District of Columbia, possessions and territories)". Here Congress has exclusive legislative jurisdiction. In the sense, the term " United States" is a
singular noun. You are a person residing in the District of Columbia, one of its Territories or Federal areas (enclaves). Hence, even a person living in the one of the sovereign States could still be a member of the Federal area and therefore a "citizen of the United States". This is the definition used in most "Acts of Congress and federal statutes. This definition is also synonymous with the " United States" corporation found in 28 U.S.C. §

The context in which usually used in the above is Constitution of the United States; "The several States which is the unites States of America." Referring to the 50 sovereign States, which are united under the Constitution of the United States
for the United States of America. Rights are retained by the States in the 9th and 10 Amendments and you are a "Citizen of these united States." This is the definition used in the Constitution for the United States of America. Because the states accepted and passed the Uniform Commercial Code, they converted state Citizens into "persons" (legal entities I articles of commerce) and the States into vessels of the United States placing the States and state Citizens under maritime law. Let us break down the definition of each word "Person, Individual, Corporation, State and United States" to see if we can come to an agreement on how this is being applied.
The origin and constitutionalization of Congress' artificial "person".
On July 1, 1862, when 11 southern states were not represented in Congress due to its Civil War, the remaining members of Congress passed "An Act to provide Internal Revenue to support the Government and to pay Interest on the Public Debt." Therein Congress assigned an artificial
meaning to the word "person" as follows.
"And be it further enacted, That on and after the first day of August, eighteen hundred and sixty-two, every individual, partnership, firm, association, or corporation, (and any word or words in this act indicating or referring to person or persons shall be taken to mean and

My observation here is they did not include the word individual, however keep in mind the definition of the word include therefore; in the present day statutes when they add the term
individual, to be included with partnerships, firms, associations, trust or corporations which are all artificial entities it is only natural to assume that individual, is what it is as described below because it is like character. (See below the definition of individual.
Individual: 1. Existing as an indivisible entity. 2. Of or relating to a single person or thing, as oppose to a group.
