A suggested way not to argue but to handle the ALL CAPS NAME ISSUE

On the subject of ALL CAPS NAME: This will be about the closest to finding evidence regarding the name being all caps.

Names of organized bodies.
3.17. The full names of existing or proposed organized bodies and their short names are capitalize; other substitute, which are most often regarded as common nouns, are capitalize only in certain specific instances to indicate preeminence or distinction. Can the claimant produced, or capable of producing, for Affiant's inspection tangible, relevant evidence that JOHNNY R GOOD or any other derivative or variation in the spelling of Affiant's full name (hereinafter collectively “[GOOD]”) that:
