I'm gonna break it down point by point he's making

Below is an email that I received from a natural man living on the land, in one of our state republic that leaves me in awe, proving that information can travel close to speed of light around the world, but can take years getting through a skull to a brain. To wit:

"I have come to the conclusion that it is not necessary to know the code and regulations because they do not apply to us.
The tax collectors only authority is over individuals, persons, and other corporate ficta, not to us, natural men and women living on the land of our state republic. So, the tax collectors have been and are MISAPPLYING the tax laws, code, regulations to us. That should be the position we should be taking. Have them prove that we are a federal employee or government worker, residing in a federal territory, working in an ATF activity. I think David would have a more effective position if he took this stance. What say you?"

You asked, what say you? I'm gonna break it down now to the point he's making.
Statement: I have come to the conclusion that it is not necessary to know the code and regulations because they do not apply to us.
Response: There are some parts that are relevant to us; So you believe that we all should be ignorant of the code and regulations that tells us and protects us such as, but not limited to, 26 CFR 1.61 – 1 gross income (a) General definition. Gross income means all income from whatever source derived, unless excluded by law; which leads me to 26 USC section 83 is the law that would exclude me from filling out a 1040.

Statement: The tax collectors only authority is over individuals, persons, and other corporate ficta, not to us, natural men and women living on the land of our state republic. Response: I agree with you tax collectors do usurp authority; whenever you wake up you'll find other members and government are also usurping authority.

Response: I had a friend of mine show me an affidavit that he was going to respond with, and in this affidavit he stated that he is not a citizen of the United States, and making other claims. I responded back to him asking,

Do you have a driver's license?

Do you have a voter registration card?

Do you have a bank account?

His response was yes to all. All those documents have a box where you check off that you are a citizen of the United States what he failed to do at the time was to ask for the definition of the United States?

This natural man living on the land has been on my email list since 2011, if not longer. I don't know if he's ever read any of David's material specifically the criminal complaint that was sent to Congress and the memorandum of law that supports the complaint, for if he had and comprehended the information in that memorandum of law he would've never made the comments above.

I can't do personal coaching, unless of course you have considerable consideration for my time. There are many tax gurus out there with all these affidavits making claims only for you to become a "useful idiot".
In all my years not one person has shown me that he can prove that he is not a US citizen and over those years I have shown how to break that presumption; obviously I have not been able to communicate that clearly enough that the majority of people have taken hold. Some have, but too many have not they're always looking for that Golden Nugget which they will never find.
